Scaling the Campaigns: We made critical changes to the campaign structure that had previously prevented scaling. This included expanding keyword targeting, adjusting bid strategies, and increasing budgets strategically to capture as much demand as possible.
By restructuring and optimizing the campaigns, we were able to scale the account during the peak selling period, resulting in a 658% sales growth and a 649% increase in revenue. Despite a small decrease in ROAS (7%) due to the expansion beyond branded traffic, the campaigns were successfully scaled to capture more new customers. Customer acquisition costs remained steady with only a 1% increase, ensuring that the brand could sustain growth while maintaining profitability.

The Google ads running fine and generating good ROAS of 9+ already, but they were not scaling. The reason for the high ROAS was the branded traffic and remarketing.
